At the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) it was decided that a new membership secretary was required.  This post would require that the user issues membership forms, collects membership subscriptions and be the first point of contact should any members have any problems with the regiment.

It was proposed that Anne-Marie Hamilton should take this position and was agreed by all present.
